Local distributor of Konami goods Mindscape has announced that Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater 3D will be out in Australia on March 8th. The final date is a welcome gift after the game was delayed last year.

While it is a remake of the PlayStation 2 title, the game has a bunch of new additions to it to take advantage of the Nintendo 3DS. The game is Circle Pad Pro compatible so the controls might not be as bad as first thought. Then there is also the photo camouflage system that allows you to snap a photo to put onto Snakes’ outfit.
