Bayonetta joins Super Smash Bros in February as your ballot pick
Bayonetta is the final fighter that will be added to Super Smash Bros for the Wii U and 3DS. She was announced in this morning’s Smash Direct and was the No 1. pick in the Super Smash Bros ballot held earlier this year. No.1 for Europe at least, she was in the Top 5 in the United States.
Bayonetta will have both her Bayonetta 1 and Bayonetta 2 appearance (long and short hair) along with a number of other costumes as well, including one that looks like Jeanne. Speaking of Jeanne, both Bayonetta and her will also be trophies in the game.
UPDATE: Prices!
Bayonetta and Umbra Clock Tower for Wii U/3DS – AU$7.80/NZ$10.20
Bayonetta and Umbra Clock Tower for Wii U and 3DS bundle – AU$9.10/NZ$11.90
Bayonetta will also be getting her very own amiibo, as will Cloud and Corrin. Details of those amiibo will be released a later time.
Bayonetta will be made available in February 2016, Sakurai says they’re still working on her.
Yesssss… It is exactly as I wanted!
Or rather, I also wanted Wonder Red and Travis Touchdown, but I’d thought Wonder Red would’ve had a far bigger chance than Bayonetta!
Pretty good choice, I’ll be getting her for sure!
I thought this would be coming a year ago – ZSS getting heels added made Bayonetta an obvious choice since the model can be mostly recycled.
I wonder if the whole poll thing was a ruse and this was planned all along?
