New Super Mario Hot Wheels on the way in North America
They look a little weird...
Following up from last year’s wildly popular Super Mario Bros. 30th Anniversary Hot Wheels collection, the toy car company has confirmed a new range of Mario-themed collectibles will soon be available for sale in North America.

The new collection features a set of six vehicles designed after the main Super Mario cast including Mario, Toad, Bowser, Yoshi, Luigi and Peach.
The designs are a little unnerving, as they look less like cars with Mario designs, and more like Mario characters who have been contorted against their will into something that resembles a mode of transport.
There has been no word yet about whether the cars will see an Australian release – we will keep you updated.
