The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim for the Nintendo Switch was just shown off during Bethesda’s E3 conference earlier with a few surprises.

Not only will you get a portable Skyrim, but you’ll also be able to use your Legend of Zelda amiibo to unlock The Legend of Zelda costumes in the game. The game also appears to have motion controls built in as well.

Winner of more than 200 Game of the Year Awards, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim – the epic fantasy masterpiece from Bethesda Game Studios – arrives for the Nintendo Switch. The legendary open-world adventure where you can be anyone and do anything, now can go anywhere – at home on your TV or on the go.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim for the Nintendo Switch includes all-new gameplay features like motion controls for combat and lockpicking, outfits and gear from The Legend of Zelda. Take down enemies with the Master Sword, protect yourself with the Hylian Shield or look heroic in the Champion’s Tunic. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim for the Nintendo Switch also includes all official add-ons: Dawnguard, Hearthfire and Dragonborn. Plus tap other compatible amiibo to gain additional loot including those from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild series, 30th Anniversary – The Legend of Zelda series, Super Smash Bros. series, and The Legend of Zelda series.

Wasnt expecting it to be so Smooth! Even compared to the Xbox One version. It looked detailed and ran so smooth undocked. I will definitely be picking it up again for on the road travels. Well done Bethesda! /thumbs up.

I love Skyrim on PC, but don’t think I could play it on my beloved Switch, the visuals in this version are way too blurry for my liking. I knew there was no way in hell that the switch version could compete with the PC version on a graphical front, But, I had hoped for a lot better than this
