Koei Tecmo has more plans for collaboration with Western companies

What could it be?
This article is more than 10 years old.

Koei Tecmo and Nintendo have collaborated on a bunch of games as of late, they do so with a number of Japanese developers as a matter of fact. Now the company is looking toward the west for Western IP to collaborate on.

There’s no word yet as to what the IP could be, but the company has worked on not only Hyrule Warriors and The Legend of Zelda but also other popular Japanese IP like Attack on Titan, Yo-kai Watch and Final Fantasy.

What western franchise could Koei Tecmo bring its magic to and would it even appear on a Nintendo system? Speculate away!

Nintendo is a Japanese company with only a few “Western” IPs (Eternal Darkness etc) if it’s a Western IP then it’s Sony, Microsoft, Activision-Blizzard, EA, 2K or Ubisoft.

So no, it would not appear on a Nintendo platform.
