Nintendo Australia has announced that Pokémon Sun and Moon have become the fastest selling Nintendo games in Australia and New Zealand, ever. The two games combined have sold over 240,000 copies in just two weeks. While that may seem like a small number compared to the millions sold elsewhere in the world, that’s actually huge for Australia.
The sales of Sun and Moon were up over 67 percent over Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, they were also the previous record holders for Nintendo’s fastest selling games ever.
