Your 3DS can be a controller for Super Smash Bros. on Wii U

With the release of the game in Japan and now an English demo some more undocumtented features for the new Smash Bros. games are getting uncovered.

Now it seems if you own a copy of the Nintendo 3DS version of the game you can link up to the Wii U version and use the system as a controller NintendoWorldReport has um… reported.

You can also transfer your custom fighters between the two systems this way. Naturally we have no way to test this out as the Wii U version of the game is still some months away.
