Worms: Battle Islands was announced for WiiWare for what seems like an eternity ago but now it’s back and heading to retail. THQ has picked up the publishing rights for the game and will be bringing the game to stores this November.

Unlike previous Worm games on the Wii, this one is actually online, thankfully Team 17 have seen the errors in their ways. The game contains over 30 single player missions, 30 puzzle challenges and five different modes for multiplayer, online and off.
