Nintendo Australia has posted a list of stores which have a Nintendo 3DS XL unit to sample before it’s release on August 23rd.
Pretty much every state has one (notice I said state) so if you’re near any of the below stores head down and try one out if you’re not sure!
Of course you can watch our hands on video of it too if you can’t make it to a store.

Seems more like I’d just be teasing myself if I couldn’t walk out with one. But with one being 5 mins drive away I think I might give it a whirl.
Huh? I’ve been visiting the Melbourne Swanston Street store a bit and it apparently wasn’t there last week! Will drop in again sometime this week!
I’m still not sure if it will be a Day 1 purchase for me but I am definitely getting it no matter what! The 1st priority is buying NSMB2 this week!
Why the lack of places in Sydney? Hmmm, they’re inconvenient locations.. Glad I tried it out on Saturday 😀
OK I can confirm that Swanston Street EB (Upstairs at the Nintendo Experience) does indeed have the 3DS XL! I was getting one anyway but was blown away from the screen size! Sure I’ve seen pictures but comparing it with my 3DS has made me very excited!
If you are not sold on it yet, then go and have a look and decide once and for all!
