Well, well, looks like the Nintendo Connection store in Melbourne has been on a roll recently. First with the early peek at Metroid Other M, then the school holiday Dragon Quest IX-ing, and now theyre giving some more Melbournians a lucky chance to have some fun: theyre letting Melbournians get a sneak peak at Disneys extremely promising game starring Mickey Mouse, Epic Mickey, a whole 12 days before release.
Where: Nintendo Experience Store, Mezzanine Level, EB Games 67 Swanston Street, Melbourne
When: Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th November, 11am – 3pm
Nintendo also promises to give away some Disney Prizes, but so far they havent said anything, so chances are youll find out on the day. Also, be sure to bring your copy of Dragon Quest IX, because there will also be a Canvassing mode event held on the 13th.
Epic Mickey is shaping up to be one of the most promising Disney games in a long while, one that could revitalise the mouses career. Take a look at the new-ish trailer and see for yourself.
These events Nintendo have been doing have been pretty fun for Melbournians, hopefully Nintendo Australia will eventually see this kind of thing could be successful Australia-wide.
