Video: Touching is Good Episode 3: LostMagic

We’ve had Metroid, we’ve had Wario – now it’s time to switch it up and focus on a lesser known game for the DS, LostMagic!

Developed by Taito and published by Ubisoft this was one of the very few RTS games on the DS – a system which at the time seemed like the perfect platform for some portable strategy. We didn’t end up (for what reason) getting too many strategy games on the DS in the end – so was it anything to do with LostMagic? Watch and find out!

A diehard Nintendo fan since I got my first Game Boy back on Christmas 1992 and haven't looked back since. Got SNES with Super Mario Allstars for Christmas 1993. Favorite games of all time include such amazing titles as Secret of Mana, Kirby Canvas Curse, Chrono Trigger, Zelda Majoras Mask and of course Super Mario Galaxy. I'm a huge retro game fan and own way too many random Game Boy carts to count or name. I host the Vookcast around here and like to chip in with the occasional downloadable title review whenever I can find the time.

I loved this game SOOO much! I remember playing it for hours (probably because the difficulty made it take that long to finish a level :P) when I first got my DS lite. Those were the days!
