Transformers: Rise Of The Dark Spark heading to Wii U and 3DS
We don’t always get third party games on the Wii U, but when we do well we write about it.
Over the weekend Activision announced Transformers: Rise Of The Dark Spark, it’s coming to all platformers including the Wii U and the 3DS. The Wii U version of the game will be developed by Edge of Reality and the WayForward working on the 3DS version. The handheld version will be a tactical RPG.
The games will be set in the same universe as the High Moon Studios developed Transformers: War for Cybertron and Transformers: Fall of Cybertron which were rated highly and never came to Nintendo platforms.
Rise Of The Dark Spark isn’t based directly on the upcoming Transformers 4 but will include characters from the movie including Grimlock and the rest of the Dinobots.
The game will be out later in the year, probably right around the movie.

Woo! A game coming out on the Wii U, lets hope it doesn’t get cancelled! Actually the 3DS version sounds interesting, if its a tactical RPG..
