While it had good intentions, NPD figures reveal the Tony Hawk franchise reboot that is Tony Hawk Ride has bombed at retail in the US. According to reports, the game has sold only 114,000 copies across all platforms. This includes the Wii, Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.
The huge price tag of the game is believed to be the main culprit, but the fact that the game is a little bit crap doesn’t help either. Australia will get its feet on the game sometime next year; they have plenty to go around it seems.
