THQ suing Activision Blizzard over box art similarities
THQ are suing the well known company for the cover art of BAJA 1000: Off Road Racing (which is on the Wii) on the grounds that it is far too similar to their cover for BAJA: Edge of Control (which isnt. Looks like Activision Blizzard could have some explaining to do. Coincidence or not, we think whoever designed that cover is going to be in a bit of trouble.
