This February, hunt more with Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate

The release date announcements are piling up from today’s Nintendo Direct presentation, with the latest announcement being that Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate on will be arriving for Nintendo 3DS this coming February 14.

There is also a demo available, featuring all of the weapon types available in the main game, a robust tutorial for new players, and both single and online multiplayer capabilities. Hop onto the eShop right now to grab it.

Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate released on Nintendo 3DS and Wii U in the West to moderate sales, while the latest in the series will only be coming to 3DS.

Monster Hunter challenges players to hunt monsters (well, duh), improve their skills, and use their prized monster kills to forge and upgrade new gear. This can all be done alone, or with a well coordinated group of friends.

There will also be special edition New Nintendo 3DS XL which comes with the game. The game and the console will be released here on the 14th.
