Warner Bros has released a brand new trailer for the upcoming Detective Pikachu movie. There’s a better look at Ludicolo, Growlithe, Arcanine, Machamp, Snorlax, LoudRed, Cubone, Flareon, Greninja, Aipom and of course Mewtwo.
There’s also a new poster which features some hidden Pokemon, even an appearance by Mewtwo. See if you can spot him.

When the first trailer dropped, I was telling my friends that a 2D animation on top of live film (ala Roger Rabbit style) would’ve made a perfect live-action pokemon movie, BUT even if this movie was going to be pretty jank, I was glad we were getting this kind of rendition of it.
We already had a perfect 2d-live-action movie with Roger Rabbit, so if we had another, we would always wonder what kind of movie these realistic uncanny-valley pokemon movie could ever be like.
Now with the second trailer, I think… I think I’m actually looking forward to it!
