Capcom has been on a Nintendo 3DS roll today. Not only have they announced a new Resident Evil game for the system but theyve shown off a bunch of new footage from Street Fighter IV and the other Resident Evil game heading to the 3DS. The new Street Fighter IV trailer not only shows off some of the impressive and silky smooth graphics of the game but also how the new and improved tag mode will work in the game.
The tag mode is used in either a Figure Collection game or an Arcade experience. The Figure Collection game has your figures fight with others you meet on the street – you win and you get more figures. The other replicates the Arcade experience. If youre playing single player a challenger will appear to take you on.
There are 35 fighters scheduled to make their appearance in this version of the game; the Nintendo 3DS is no slouch it seems. It is unknown whether or not Third Strike characters Yun and Yang will appear in the game. Check out how it works in the trailer below:
