The Super Smash Bros Ultimate Edition Nintendo Switch console has been confirmed for Australia. This grey Nintendo Switch comes with a Smash Bros adorned dock and Joy-Con.

The system will actually be out November 9th, a month before the game which is on December 7th. The code in the box will obviously not work until then.

It’ll set you back $549.95AU RRP.

I just want the dock. I don’t care much for plain grey Joy-Con (though I feel a compulsive urge to collect them all; except for the standard grey ones).

On a side note, I think it would be hilarious if there isn’t enough onboard memory to download Smash onto the system without a microSD card. 😛

I don’t know how feasible it would have been, but I think some sort of redemption offer for the physical version would have been preferable, or hell, including the physical version in a bundle that gets released on the same day as the game itself.
