More news from Nintendo Power this morning, the latest issue revealing that the Platformer will be hitting the Wii in April. The game uses the Wiimote in the old-school NES format, with 1 and 2 buttons for jumping, the D-pad for moving and the A button to switch views. Switch Views in a 2D game you say, how so? Well, when you press the A button the view switches from the 2D view, to one with depth and you came move around in 3D!
The Wiimote’s other capabilities are not left out, with both the motion and pointer being used for special moves. The game has also received a graphical boost since the E3 in 2006. Source: Codename Revolution
