Check out the trailer that was shown at the Nintendo America media summit

A new trailer was shown off at the Nintendo America summit last night showing off some previously unseen levels and worlds from Super Mario Galaxy 2. The trailer also shows off some Yoshi gameplay, which appears to use the pointer for throwing things.
