Maxis Wii-exclusive spin-off of the blockbuster Spore will come to PAL territories in September this year

The game was tailored to bring the Spore universe to life with the Wii remote control scheme, and utilizes a similar evolution-driven gameplay style that made the original PC action strategy game a huge success. The game was originally announced by Maxis icon Will Wright as early as 2007, who was an instant fan of the Wii following its release in 2006. The project began as a port, but was subsequently altered to take full advantage of the options presented by the Wii’s motion controls.

No explanation for why the word ‘Hero’ appears in the title. Perhaps there have been other ‘Hero’ games that have made a buck or two?
