Rumour: Nintendo Japan holding event this October?
A Japanese source states that there will be a Nintendo event on October 2. No details have been revealed as to what will be there (if indeed it happens), but as long as they provide a better showing than E3 they should be fine… right? It seems odd that Nintendo would choose not to appear at the Tokyo Games Show and hold their own sort of event just before, but we can hope they’ll have a good reason. You don’t refuse to show up at all the big events then hold your own small one without a good reason, surely. Nintendo held a similiar event last year and it was fairly low key.
