Attendees at a recent Club Nintendo event in North America have let slip a nice little fact Nintendo may have preferred to keep secret- classic Game Boy and Game Boy Advance games may be coming to the DSis new download service. When Nintendo revealed that the new DSi would be lacking a GBA slot but feature a WiiWare-like content delivery service, I am sure all of you started wishing for exactly this. The news comes following an event held by Nintendo on Sunday for their Gold and Platinum members, who have proved themselves completely useless at keeping secrets. More Inside The service is rumoured to be offering only first-party Nintendo games at first and will be region-locked. Fortunately, games will be able to be saved to the DSis SD Card slot. The Virtual Console on the Wii has provided a venue for Wii owners to relive cross-platform legacy titles since the console launched and has been a money-printing machine for Nintendo ever since. For the time being, first-party Nintendo titles are fine with me- bring on the legendary hand-held Zelda classics!
