It’s early August, the Wii is still at least 2 months out and your wondering to your self – ‘when am I going to get to play this thing?’. Well fret not people, we at Vooks.net have been doing some research and found some info that Im sure youll be interested in.

Two reliable (independent) sources have now told us to expect in store demo units to appear in all major retailers close to the end of October. As with all rumours, at the moment this news should be taken with a grain of salt. However, Nintendo have emphasised of late that “”playing = believing”” so in-store demo units in the future are a given.

With these instore demos, the fabled Wii Connection Tour later on in the year and Wii advertising already kicking into gear, we can hope that the Wii will be big downunder.
