Pokemon Go’s Ultra Bonus announced, Legendary Raids, Region Exclusive Pokemon coming to Eggs

Over the last few months Pokemon Go players have been completing a bunch of research tasks at events all around the world and now we’re getting rewarded. It’s Ultra Bonus Event time!

From September 13th, 6 am AEST until September 20th,  Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres will appear in Raid Battles – you might even be able to get their shiny forms. Pokemon from the Kanto region will also spawn more often and appear in raid battles as well.

Then when it hits September 20th, at 6 am AEST – Mewtwo is coming! Previously only available in EX Raids, now he’ll appear in normal raids up until October 23rd.

And for the collectors amongst you, previously regional exclusive Pokemon like Farfetch’d, Kangaskhan, Mr. Mime, and Tauros will be joining the Alolan lineup in 7km eggs. Some of those Pokemon have never been outside their region before, so it’s time to get that Pokedex count up.
