Back in the March Direct, it was announced that Okami HD will be coming to the Nintendo Switch sometime during the Aussie winter. Now, we know when.

Capcom announced this morning that Okami HD will launch on the Switch on the 9th of August. The Switch version of the game will feature a few additions not found in other versions, such as the ability to use both the touch screen and motion controls to draw symbols using the Celestial Brush.

Australian availability and pricing is yet to be confirmed, but the official Okami twitter account says that eShop preorders will be available closer to the release date. We’ll keep you updated as more information becomes available.
