While everyone was pumped earlier in the week, Nintendo has decided not to reveal any new games, services or basically anything new at the Games Convention now on in Leipzig. Sony and Microsoft have had a huge presence at the show and Sony announcing many new things as well as third parties, Nintendo decided not to press conference this year but what EuroGamer reports as forty-five minutes showing them the impressive European sales figures for games like Brain Training, Nintendogs and Wii Sports. Speaking of Wii Sports, a quarter of Nintendos 28 display kiosks at the show featured the game, which is kind of preaching to the converted don’t you think? All not bad news though for attendees and fans as we’ve gotten a fresh look and opinions on some of the big games coming in 2007 but Nintendo better have a show of its own later in the year, there is no need to get complacent now.
