While this “”reminder”” means nothing for us Aussies who are free to use mod chips in our consoles, it does mean Nintendo is now aware that people are copying games freely and are a bit worried. Not everyone mods their console to play pirated games; most people do it to play imports – a problem for Nintendo which wouldnt exist if the Wii wasnt region locked or there wasn’t a 6 month delay on nearly every game.
