Nintendo Europe announces milestones for Wii, DS

Nintendo Europe is joining in the announcements by happily proclaiming that across Europe they have sold six million Wii units and 20 million Nintendo DS units. The region has also had great success in software with four first party games: Twilight Princess, Wii Play, Mario Party 8 and Super Mario Galaxy. However the spotlight belongs to the Nintendo DS with super software sales such as Brain Training on 5 million units, More Brain Training on 2.8 million and Nintendogs on 8 million. Thats right, one in four DS owners in the UK own Nintendogs.
