Nintendo Download Updates: Harmonious Undercover Mansion Princess

It’s Easter this weekend and there will be absolutely no shortage of things to play on your 3DS or Wii U this long weekend. There’s a ton of new retail games, some eShop titles, some back catalogue titles and even some Virtual Console.

Oh and some Fire Emblem. Get excited.

The big titles this week are obviously the retail games. There’s Lego City Undercover on the Wii U and on the 3DS you’ve got Luigi’s Mansion 2 and Code of Princess. If you’re stuck away on holiday with the family and can’t make it to a store, then there’s always the eShop option for those three.

On the original eShop side of things you’ve got Game Freak’s Harmoknight. Yes, a new original game from the creators of Pokemon. It’s a musical rhythm platformer and if you missed the demo last week then you can check it out before dumping the big bucks. It’s not cheap.

What is cheap is escapeVektor, this one is down from $13 to $6.50. If you haven’t picked this up for your 3DS yet, then you’re missing out.

But wait there’s even more on the 3DS eShop with the Fire Emblem Awakening demo finally hitting our shores. The game is still a little under a month away so hopefully the demo will tide you over. If you don’t download this, you need a smack over the head.

The Save Data Transfer Tool will finally make an appearance on the eShop too. This will allow you to transfer save files from a game card to a downloaded version. Handy if you’re moving to a digital future.

The 3DS fun doesn’t stop there with Resident Evil: Revelations, Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D, Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell 3D and Heroes of Ruin making their way to the eShop to buy.

Resident Evil The Mercenaries 3D for $16 isn’t too bad…. Think that may be my first digital download for the 3DS

    Damnit!
I was so looking forward to Code of Princess and switching to the UK eShop isn’t an option.

Either way I’m buying Harmoknight and cannot wait for the Fire Emblem: Awakening demo.

My copy of Lego City: Undercover arrived this morning and Luigi’s Mansion was posted from ozgameshop. So between 1 to 2 weeks until it arrives.

Why was Code of Princess classified in Australia if it’s not being released?

Was pleased to see that Code Of Princess made it to the Australian eShop; not so pleased about its $50 price tag. Might be waiting for a sale on this one…

That’s weird. Heroes of Ruin, Splinter Cell and Mercs are all cheaper than the prices you listed (which I assume are converted from the Euro prices?), but Revelations is about $10 more. Maybe Revelations didn’t sell as well in Oz and they want to squeeze more money out of that specific region? 😉

I was SO excited when I turned on my 3DS this morning!!
I recently noticed GREAT reviews for Fire Emblem: Awakening on GameSpot and IGN, and, after falling in love with the series after the ambassador version of Sacred Stones, I already couldn’t WAIT for the 20th of April to play it.
Had no idea the demo was on it’s way, so I grabbed it right away when I saw it on the new arrivals list.
Oh, and I couldn’t resist HarmoKnight, after videos, and the demo last week. It’s my sort of game, and one of my first big e Shop downloads. $19.50 is pretty expensive, but for such a great game by a great developer, I just couldn’t resist.

Downloaded escape vektor. Can thoroughly recomend to anyone with a spare 6.5. Great we finally have some form of awakening to play, even if it is only two very easy stages and no classic available. Only a month…. Come on.

Fire Emblem Awakening is just fantastic. God I can’t wait for it after this demo. It’s better than I thought it would be. A month to go!
