Nintendo Download Update (31/12 – 6/1) Happy New Year
We had written a story for this update, making a joke about having a slow start to the year, a bit of a hangover and not much going on. However, Nintendo went and put a selection of their games on sale for the first week of 2019 and we had to rewrite this all. That’ll teach us.
The new releases still aren’t too exciting, but you’ll certainly want to look at the new sales now. You might also notice a new look to the updates, just a refresh for the new year.
NB: From this update onward we’ll no longer be including any Nintendo 3DS or Wii U sales unless they are of particular note. New releases will be included.

In all seriousness though, I don’t understand why you would leave out the 3DS sales this week as there are some titles of note, namely some first-party titles including some of the Nintendo Selects range, bringing them down to nearly $20.
