There is no hiding the anger amongst Australian Nintendo fans regarding delays of local release dates compared with that of the United States and Japan. Weve complained before and Nintendo have responded, but now Nintendo Australia has made the most promising statement yet on the issue. Find out what it is, inside.
The statement was made by recently promoted Nintendo Australia boss Rose Lappin, according to Ms Lappin the problem with delays is that we are bundled with Europe rather than Japan or the US, which is particularly troubling since our main language is English, just like the US.

While this is nothing new Nintendo is now working towards a release date schedule that would see no more than two week delays in titles for regions outside of Japan.. “”Our fans are very passionate and want games straight away. We are working on that as a priority and trying to get [the release schedule] to be more global.”” Two weeks, sounds fair to us. Make it happen Nintendo.
