The seventh movie is in two parts, so are the games – and theyre darker this time around
EA and Warner Bros Interactive have announced that the next instalment in the (non-Lego) Harry Potter games will come in two parts. The Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 will be released later this year for all consoles imaginable and mobile phones. Deathly Hallows will take the action of the game outside Hogwarts in what the developers are describing as a darker and more action orientated game.

Jonathan Bunney, VP, Head of Production at EA Bright Light says that "We believe we are creating a Harry Potter game that the HD console gaming generation will appreciate and enjoy. We have built new technology specifically to allow us to prove that magic is a truly potent force and, in this game, players will need to use all their skills if they want to survive." So what about that Wii version then?
There is no release date for Part 2 as of yet.
