It’s this week’s worst kept secret but the New Nintendo 3DS will go on sale in the United States from February 13th for $199.99. The date and price was revealed early this morning during the Nintendo Direct presentation.
Strangely, the Americans will not be getting the smaller, cover-plate laden models. While the smaller model both here and in Japan sells many times less than the XL, it is strange not to see Nintendo America offer it up at all. The XL models will come in both a metallic red colour and metallic black like we have.
