Gameboy and Gameboy Color wont be alone forever

The fabled Nintendo 3DS eShop update isnt far away now and along with it will come the Virtual Console service for the system. The first games said to be released for the service are Super Mario Land on the Gameboy and Links Awakening DX on the Gameboy Color.

However while were sure more games will come from those two platforms, Nintendo has now said that they want more than those two systems to hit at some point in the future. Sega Game Gear and Turbografx-16 support has already been announced so what else could be left?

Virtual Boy is an obvious one as is the Gameboy Advance. But could Lynx, or something like the N-Gage games ever hit? I cant decide if its thats sad or funny.
