In a new interview with Newsweek, Miyamoto has called out third party developers who assign what he calls development companies third string or forth string teams.
More Inside
He says that if developers want there games to do better or be better on the Nintendo hardware, they shouldnt be lazy in developing them. Many developers see the Wii as being a unique product and thus smaller scale. Miyamoto also says that when Nintendo make a Wii game they put on their number one team and thats why first party Nintendo games do better then third party games (for the most part) on Nintendo consoles.
EA has recently opened studios specifically for developing Wii games and it shows in the quality of the titles, then on the other hand we have Far Cry Vengeance. Enough said.
