With Shigeru Miyamoto’s recent games like Wii Fit and Wii Music disregarded as strictly casual affairs, some die-hard Nintendo fans are a little worried we may not see the Marios and Zeldas of old. But fear not as, although he still believes it is important to broaden the casual gaming audience and make games in general more accessible to more people, he knows that the games that made him legendary are still important. More inside “”My attitude is that obviously for 30 years now Ive been making games and for the vast majority of time Ive been making the type of games that the loyal Nintendo fans enjoy.”” Miyamoto has said in an interview.
“”Those are the types of games that my career is based on and were going to continue to make those types of games. In fact, we have many of those types of games in development right now.””
We know that they’re making Pikmin and a Zelda title, but two games is hardly worthy of being called ‘many’ isn’t it? Could there be some games that are a secret to everybody?
