After winning the right to release Manhunt 2 in the UK, it seems that the high court has stepped in to stop the game going on sale. The court has ruled against the Video Appeals Commute who had previously overturned British Board of Film Classifications ruling to ban the game. The BBFC has argued that the VACs original decision threatened to undermine the group position as content watchdogs. The gist of it is that although Rockstar made cuts, they still cannot sell the game in the UK.
