Level-5 boss talks of possible Wii U and NX titles

The folks at Level-5 have been big supporters of Nintendo’s portable systems, but the likes of Yokai Watch and Professor Layton have never touched Nintendo’s home consoles.

So what about the NX? While it’s still a while away chatter is increasing about the system and Level-5’s CEO Akihiro Hino was asked if there was any support forthcoming (specifcally Yokai Watch) for the NX and even the Wii U which is still floating around.

Hino told IGN that he would “proactively consider it” if they think they have a game that would fit on the Wii U. As for the NX Hino says again that they would bring games to the console if the console could  “bring Level-5 games to as many kids as possible.”

Well that’s better than a no. It is strange, the fact that Level-5 only support Nintendo’s handhelds is an odd one.

They said that before about the Wii U. The only game they ended up bringing to it? A Just Dance collaboration.

Until they actually deliver, I wouldn’t trust this PR talk.
