Latest Wii U firmware update fixes Mario Kart 8 TV issues

It’s not everyday that a game needs an entire system firmware update to a have problem, but today is one of those days.
For some time now the YouTube replay upload function of Mario Kart 8 has been quite broken and videos haven’t been able to be uploaded.
Lucky for you Version 5.3.1 is now being pushed out to Wii U consoles around the world and you can get back to uploading your racing shenanigans once again.
Nintendo also says that there’s some improvements to the stability of the console, you know that old thing. We’re not sure if they just add that now for the hell of it or they really did change other things.
Now to fix those Smash Bros. problems…
