Melbourne House has been around for a while making such games as Super International Cricket (as Beam Software) for the SNES to Transformers on the PS2. Krome have revealed in a Interview with GamaSutra that the studio will be named Krome Studios Melbourne and the team’s numbers will rise to almost 300 people.

This now makes them the largest video game company in Australia and one of the largest independent game studios in the world.
