Within a month of the Virtual Console Arcades launch, Konami are set to be the next big developer to support the service. A handful of newly registered titles have popped up in Japanese gaming mag Famitsu. Amidst the list of games for Wii and DS recently registered by Konami are arcade classics Baraduke and Galaxian, as well as the arcade versions of Life Force and Yie Air Kung-Fu (the NES versions of both are already on VC) and have appeared alongside Konami NES and Arcade classics Green Beret, Gyruss, and Meikyuu Jiin Dababa. More inside Konami have been making arcade games since 1978 and our Vooks intelligence data shows they have produced 436 arcade games in their time- which paints a very pretty picture for the future of arcade gaming on the Wii.
