E3 2014: Kirby and the Rainbow Curse coming to Wii U in 2015

During today’s E3 Nintendo Digital Event, a new Kirby title was shown off for the Wii U.

Kirby and the Rainbow Curse is a sequel to 2005 Nintendo DS game, Kirby Canvas Curse. As usual it looks like Kirby has gotten himself into trouble and the entire world has been turned into clay!

Gameplay takes place on the Gamepad and players must guide the Kirby-turned-clayball to the end of the stage by drawing paths for him to get around on. Whether it’s straight lines or loop-de-loops, Kirby will be traversing a wide range of locations from deserts to underwater and even outer space.

Kirby still has his copy ability as shown off in the trailer, letting him transform into a submarine, rocketship, missile tank and we suspect much more.

Kirby and the Rainbow Curse is set for release in 2015.

Stay tuned to Vooks for more as it arises.

Video games are not my forte. I'm not very good at video games. If you walked up to me in the streets and exclaimed “Hey! You suck at video games!” I would not call you a liar. They are, however, one of my favourite things and classic Nintendo titles are what I like best. Sure I haven't finished New Super Mario Bros. U yet and I've had the game since launch, but that doesn't mean I don't get the same fuzzy feelings as you when I play it.
