JRPG, Nostalgia to be localised
Matrix softwaress Nostalgeo no Kaze has been localized for English-speaking DS gamers under the moniker Nostalgia.
Of the multitudes of Japenese RPGs released on the DS last year, ‘Nostalgeo no Kaze’ stood out for it’s steampunk-inspired visuals and above-par gameplay. Matrix software (who remade Final Fantasy III and IV for the DS), have created their own original IP with a plot that revolves around Eddie- the British protagonist- and his quest to save an alternate 19th century world from aboard his zeppelin.

The game will feature two styles of battles- a traditional turn based system for close range fights; and what is described by localizers ‘Ingition Entertainment’ as "thrilling, large-scale airship battles." Players will be able to customise their airships and vehicles with all sorts of armour, weapons in a similar manner to character-based RPG customization. Nostalgia will be released in North America in September this year. No date is set for Australia as of yet.
