Niantic has announced that a further twenty-three Hoenn region Pokémon will be added to Pokémon Go ‘later today’.

There’s no official list of what’s being added, but the image along with Niantic’s blog post includes Cacnea, Aron, Whismur, Numel, Trapinch and their evolved forms. Solrock & Lunatone are also in the image.
