High Voltage have come out and announced a release date for their impressive looking Wii game The Conduit. The team has seemingly found a publisher for their but as of yet has not announced who it will be. Built on their own engine, High Voltage say they are bringing a game to the Wii which gamers imagined when the platform was first announced. Too many Wii owners have been told that the Wii is a casual platform with no room for serious games or top-tier graphics, said Eric Nofsinger, Chief Creative Officer at High Voltage Software. More inside Conduit was especially designed for the Nintendo Wii states Matt Corso, Creative Director at High Voltage Software. From the weapons to armoury and graphics, we tailored everything to the Wii which sets this game play apart from anything else on the market right now. The game currently is scheduled in for Q1 2009, its a while off but if they pull it off, this could be the game many Wii owners are asking for.
