A slow week, ahead of the biggest week of the year

A very quiet week this one, it is almost as if a large event was around the corner, where games might be announced and shown off for the first time. Of course, we still had some larger games announced like, LEGO DC Super-Villains, Team Sonic Racing, confirmation that FIFA 19 is coming to Switch and two new Pokemon games coming, with Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu! and Pokemon Let’s Go Eevee!. But as there are more games announced, here is the much shorter list

Super Dodgeball Beats

Combine the craziness of competitive high school Dodgeball and a music rhythm game and you have Super Dodgeball Beats, here its all about pressing the right button to the music and as you do so, your team will keep the action going, eventually winning their matches. Throw in a variety of power-ups, almost a dozen different teams, each with their own abilities, multiplayer and a killer soundtrack and you are on track for something really fun.

Azuran Tales: Trials

Azuran Tales: Trials offers old-school platformer gameplay with a hardcore combat experience, punishing levels and brutal enemies to defeat. Don’t expect any help as you explore all of its handcrafted levels full of lore, monsters, traps, and unique Bosses. This game is straightforward and hard to beat. Magrath’s trickery won’t be stopped with just one or two bodies clogging the gears of his traps, so you will be forced to learn and adapt or fail and die each and every time.

Epic Loon

Dive into the bizarre world of Epic Loon, a quirky physics platformer for up to 4 players playable in couch co-op or battle mode. An offbeat tribute to classic movies, players lead a group of aliens to take over Joe’s TV after they are rudely awakened from their home, an old-school cleaning VHS-tape. The game features over 350 levels to beat and comes complete with couch co-op, perfect for Switch.

The dream always lived in you: to rebuild your grandfather’s farm and start your own dynasty – let the dream come true!

So this is the final week before E3 begins, do any of these games interest you, or are you waiting for E3 now?

So, I have been gaming since controllers only had two buttons and because I wanted to, I started my own site. Now of course, you can find me writing for Vooks as well
