EB will have the SNES Mini for sale at EB Expo too

Advertisement

Despite being pre-sold out in their own stores and in most other retailers in Australia, EB Games will have some stock of the Nintendo Classic Mini: Super Nintendo Entertainment System to sell at EB Expo should you miss out.

EB Expo is the week after the SNES Mini launches on October 7th and 8th and they’re promising quite a bit of stock;

The demand for the Mini SNES is absolutely staggering, so we’re over the moon to be able to offer our final launch units at EB Expo, We assure everyone that if you come to EB Expo on Saturday, you’ll be able to grab a Mini SNES console.

Maybe Nintendo really will have more consoles this time around.

    So what this really means is they have more stock than they’ve sold but decided to force customers to have to buy a ticket to their expo to get one.

    So travel to the Gold Coast and spend $50 extra and we’ll sell you one. Not really a great way to treat customers who already tried to order and missed out.

    I don’t think anyone would go just to get a mini snes, that said if you know anyone who’s going, you could ask them to get one. That said, I think the supply will be more bountiful this time.
