EA has 25 non-port games headed to Wii
EA has already announced a bunch of MotionPlus sport games, Dead Space Extraction and a new Need For Speed, all separately developed solely for the Wii but EA COO John Pleasants has revealed in an interview that the company has around 25 Wii games in development that are not ports, but in fact games directly made for the platform. For the first time, the idea that EA and Wii are two powerful companies that support each other is something we can market, he said. More inside Pleasants also added that EA is in the best position to be is unlocking the power of the Wii.. Now while every one of these games might not be AAA quality it seems developers are finally seeing that developing Wii specific games are the way to go.
