Nintendo shows off a brand spanking new trailer for the new Mario Kart game on 3DS
Mario Kart (name not final) now has a release date, a trailer and new details regarding the game’s "gimmick", which Nintendo showed off at their E3 press conference early this morning. Nintendo plans to shake up the Mario Kart formula with the addition of hang-gliding kart attachments used in courses with flying sections, as well as courses with underwater sections. Also shown off in the trailer was the ability to customise add monster-truck wheels to your kart.
Apart from sections of new courses shown off in the trailer, others featured included some from the previous DS and Wii games. The game launches at the end of 2011.
